What this website collects

The brief form on this website does not send or store anything by itself. When you press "Prepare my brief", your answers are put together on your own screen. Nothing reaches us until you choose to send that brief on WhatsApp or by email.

When you do send it, we receive what you chose to include: your name, your organisation, your event type, date, guest numbers, venue and any notes. If you call, email or message us directly, we receive your contact details and whatever you tell us.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not run analytics. Its fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.

Why we use it

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your event, such as venues, technical suppliers, performers and hospitality partners, and only the details they need. We expect them to protect it as we do. We may also share information where the law requires us to.

WhatsApp and email are run by third-party providers. When you contact us through them, their own privacy terms also apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records for events we deliver are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and procurement purposes, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us:

Email info@aimrevolution.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Keeping it safe

We keep personal information on password-protected devices and accounts, share it only with people who need it, and delete what we no longer need.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its date.
